摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀钙片在心绞痛治疗中的效果。方法选取我院不稳定性绞痛患者75例,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗+辛伐他汀片)与观察组(常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙片),比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组;TC、LDC-C等血脂指标均低于对照组;不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀钙片在治疗心绞痛中效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of angina.Methods A total of 75 hospital unstable angina patients were randomly divided into control group（conventional therapy＋simvastatin）and observation group（conventional therapy＋atorvastatin calcium）,and treatment were compared.Results After treatment,patients in the observation group had higher than efficiency,TC,LDC-C and other lipids were lower than in the control group,incidence of adverse reactions were less than the control group.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of angina significant effect.
