摘要
目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选择高血压合并冠心病患者148例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组74例,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片,观察组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙,比较两组效果。结果观察组降压有效率以及心绞痛有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病可以取得满意的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 148 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,74 cases in each group. The control group used nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment,the observation group used amlodipine and atorvastatin atorvastatin calcium therapy. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The antihypertensive efficiency and angina pectoris were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease （CHD）can achieve good effects.
