摘要
目的观察抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿的效果。方法 110例慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者分别给予常规治疗与抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率、治疗后血氧分压、二氧化碳分压均优于对照组。结论抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿效果显著。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema effect.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema patients were given conventional treatment with antibiotics and glucocorticoid treatment.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group after treatment,arterial partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure were better than the control group. ConclusionIn elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema and effect of antibiotics and glucocorticoid treatment was significantly.
