温阳通脉治痹汤治疗风湿性心脏病的临床体会

Clinical Treatment Experience of Wenyangtongmaizhibi Decoction in Treatment of Rheumatic Heart Disease

目的：对温阳通脉治痹汤治疗风湿性心脏病的临床效果进行分析，并对治疗体会进行总结。方法选取于2011年5月～2015年2月期间在我院接受治疗的52例风湿性心脏病患者，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，观察并比较常规西医治疗和温阳通脉治痹汤治疗的效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为96.2%，高于对照组患者的73.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温阳通脉治痹汤治疗风湿性心脏病的疗效显著，能够改善患者的临床症状以及身体各项功能。

ObjectiveClinical effect of wenyangtongmaizhibi（warm body spirit and promote blood circulation for prevention from paralysis）decoction in treatment of rheumatic heart disease is to be analyzed and then summarize its treatment experience.MethodsChoose 52 patients of rheumatic heart disease who were treated in hospital from May 2011 to February 2015 and separated them into control group and study group at random,and then observed and compared treatment effects of conventional western medicine treatment and wenyangtongmaizhibi（warm body spirit and promote blood circulation for prevention from paralysis）decoction treatment between two groups.ResultsTreatment efficacy in study group was 96.2%,which was much higher than 73.1% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Wenyangtongmaizhibi（warm body spirit and promote blood circulation for prevention from paralysis）decoction is of efficacy in treatment of rheumatic heart disease,it is effective to improve patients’ clinical symptoms and their physical function,and it is of clinical significance to promote patients’ quality of life.
