稳心颗粒美托洛尔联合用药治疗高血压性心脏病室性早搏疗效观察

Efficacy of Wenxinkeli and Metoprolol in Therapy Hypertensive Heart Disease With Premature Ventricular Contractions

目的分析稳心颗粒+美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的疗效。方法将我院112例高血压心脏病室性早搏患者随机分为实验组和对照组各56例,对照组服用美托洛尔片治疗,实验组:稳心颗粒+美托洛尔联用,对比两组临床效果。结果实验组总有效率高与对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论稳心颗粒+美托洛尔联合用药用于高血压心脏病室性早搏疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate effect of wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension ventricular premature beat. Methods112 cases of hypertension premature heart disease patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,56 cases in each. The control group was given metoprolol,while the experimental group was given wenxin granule combined with metoprolol. Effect of two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Wenxin Granule and metoprolol combination therapy for premature heart disease hypertension has a significantly curative effect,and less adverse reaction.
