中医药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的：探究中医药是否在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折上具有疗效。方法选取2012年8月～2015年2月间，在我院确诊为骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的患者共90例，随机将90例患者分成对照组与治疗组，每组各45人。对照组患者接受常规的手术治疗，治疗组患者在常规手术基础上，联合中医药进行对比治疗。结果治疗组中患者的疗效总有效率为93.33%（42例），高于对照组的75.56%（34例），且两组差异数据具有统计学意义（即P〈0.05）。结论中医药在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床治疗上，具有疗效。

Objective To investigate whether traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with significant curative effect.Methods A total of 90 cases diagnosed with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in our hospital,from August 2012 to February 2015,each group of 45 patients. Control group patients received conventional surgical treatment,the treatment group patients on the basis of conventional surgery,compared the treatment combined with traditional chinese medicine. Results The curative effect of patients with the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group（42 cases）,significantly higher than the 75.56% in the control group（34 cases）,and the data statisticaly significant differences between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine in bone transport on the clinical treatment of vertebral compression fractures have significant curative effect.
