经阴道实时三维超声造影评价输卵管通畅性的研究

Research on Transvaginal Real-time Three-dimensional Ultrasound Angiography Evaluation of Tubal Patency

目的探讨经阴道实时三维超声造影诊断输卵管通畅性的价值。方法 150例不孕不育症患者行经阴道实时三维超声造影检查,分析检测图像的基本特征,对输卵管通畅性进行评估。结果实时三维超声造影输卵管真阳性38条,假阳性7条,真阴性110条,假阴性11条。其中实时三维超声造影诊断敏感性为77.6%(38/49);特异性为94.0%(110/117);阳性预测值为84.4%(38/45);阴性预测值为91.0%(110/121),与腹腔镜镜检具有较高的一致性。结论经阴道实时三维超声造影可对输卵管通畅性做出准确评估,且该项诊断操作简单、安全性高。

Objective To discuss the value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound angiography in diagnosis of tubal patency. MethodsA total of 150 infertility patients performed transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound angiography,analyzed the basic characteristics of image detection and evaluated tubal patency.ResultsThirty article of true positive,7 article of false positive, 110 article of true negative,11 article of false negative with real-time three-dimensional ultrasound angiography. While diagnostic sensitivity was 77.6%（38/49）,specificity was 94%（110/117）,positive predictive value was 84.4%（38/45）,negative predictive value was 91%（110/121）with real-time three-dimensional ultrasound angiography. It had a high consistency with laparoscopic microscopy.ConclusionTransvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound angiography can make an accurate assessment of tubal patency,it has simple operation and high safety.
