超声在妇科肿瘤临床诊断上的价值分析

Value Analysis of Ultrasound in Clinical Diagnosis of Gynecologic Tumor

目的：探讨超声在妇科肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析从2009年5月～2014年12月入住我院的65例妇科肿瘤患者的术前超声资料，结合病理组织学检查的结果证实超声检查的准确性。结果本次回顾的65例患者的术前超声资料与术后病理检查相比较的结果表明，恶性肿瘤检出率为89%。良性肿瘤检出率为92%。结论超声检查诊断妇科肿瘤病变的准确性高，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic tumor.Methods We retrospectively investigated 65 patients suffering from gynecologic cancer from May 2009 to December 2014 admitted to our hospital,we combined the preoperative ultrasound data with histopathological examination results to confirm the accuracy of ultrasonography.Results The results of preoperative ultrasound and pathological examination were compared with the pathological examination,and the detection rate of malignant tumor was 89%. The detection rate of benign tumor was 92%. Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosis for gynecological tumor lesions is high,and it has higher clinical application value.
