胆管的导管内乳头状肿瘤的CT和MR特征分析

CT and MR Characteristics of the Bile Duct in the Papillary Tumor of the Bile Duct

目的探究胆管的导管内乳头状肿瘤分别采用CT和MR检查的影像学特征。方法选取12例胆管导管内乳头状肿瘤患者分别采用CT和MR检查,分析其影像学特征。结果胆管扩张型9例,表现为胆管囊柱状扩张,内部见实质肿块;囊实性肿块型3例,表现为囊实性肿块或内附小结节。结论胆管导管内乳头状肿瘤采用CT和MR检查,影像学特征明显。

Objective Analysis of bile duct intraductal papilary neoplasms respectively using CT and MR imaging features.MethodsTwelve cases of papilary tumor of bile duct were selected by MR and CT,and their imaging features were analyzed.ResultsDilatation of the bile duct type in 9 cases, performance for the expansion of bile duct cystic columnar,internal saw substantial mass,cystic and solid mass in 3 cases,solid and cystic masses or elementary school of nodules. Conclusion The papilary tumor of bile duct was examined by MR and CT,and the imaging features were obvious.
