丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中的应用分析

Efficacy of Propofol Combined With Sevoflurane in the Pediatric Bronchoscopy Anesthesia

目的：分析探讨丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中的应用效果。方法选取本院自2014年1月～2015年1月期间所收治的124例行小儿纤维支气管镜检术的患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组给予全静脉麻醉，观察组采用丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉，对比分析两组麻醉效果及复苏后的各项指标。结果术中，观察组的收缩压、脉搏血氧饱和度、呼吸等指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。观察组麻醉优良率为93.5%，优于对照组的82.3%，差异具有统计学意义P＆lt;0.05。结论在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中应用丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉，麻醉效果好，安全性高，术后恢复快。

Objective To explore the effect of propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric bronchoscopy.Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,124 cases of pediatric fiber bronchoscopy in children were as the object of study,divided for control group and observation group,each group of 62 cases. The control group received total intravenous anesthesia,the observation group with propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia,comparative analysis of the two groups after the anesthetic effect and recovery indicators.Results The systolic blood pressure,pulse blood oxygen saturation,respiratory and other indicators of the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P＆lt; 0.05）. The excelent and good rate of observation group was 93.5%,better than the control group 82.3%,the difference was statisticaly significant P＆lt; 0.05.Conclusion In the pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy application propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia,anesthesia effect,high safety,postoperative quick recovery.
