摘要
目的：观察对子宫肌瘤患者行心理护理干预对手术应激及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2012年10月～2014年10月收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者临床资料，根据不同护理干预方案分为两组（各60例），对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以心理护理干预，观察并比较两组术前应激状态、疼痛耐受及生活质量情况。结果研究组心理评分、血压及心率水平均比对照组低（P〈0.05）；研究组疼痛耐受度90.83%比对照组63.33%高，且生活质量各维度分值均比对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理干预应用于子宫肌瘤围术期，可有效改善患者手术应激状态，并提高其疼痛耐受度，从而提高生活质量。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the stress and life quality of patients with uterine fibroids.MethodsA retrospective analysis of our hospital in October 2012 to October 2014,120 cases of uterine fibroids patients clinical data,according to different nursing interventions are divided into two groups（60 cases in each）,and the control group was given routine nursing,research group was given psychological nursing intervention,observed and compared between the two groups before surgery stress,pain tolerance and quality of life situation. Results The study group psychological score,blood pressure and heart rate were compared with the control group（P〈 0.05）,group of pain tolerance（90.83%）was high than control group（63.33%）,and the quality of life of each dimension scores were higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids can effectively improve the patient surgical stress, and improve the pain tolerance,and improve the quality of life.
