摘要
目的探讨老年耳鸣患者的临床护理及防治措施,为临床提供借鉴。方法根据患者的病情及心理状态,有目的的给予心理疏导、生活护理、健康宣教、饮食指导、功能锻炼等干预措施。结果患者因耳鸣所产生的不良心理状态得到有效改善,养成了良好的生活习惯,掌握了防治耳鸣的有效方法。结论应重视老年耳鸣患者的心理状态改变,通过一些护理措施,给予适时引导,并协助其养成良好的生活习惯,以预防及治疗耳鸣疾病,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing and prevention of senile tinnitus patients,to provide reference for the clinical.MethodsAccording to the patient＆#39;s condition and mental state,we gave psychological counseling,life care,health education,dietary guidance and functional exercise interventions.Results Bad psychological condition caused by tinnitus were effective improvement,and developed the good habits,mastered the effective methods of prevention and treatment of tinnitus.Conclusion We should pay more attention to the psychological state of the patients with senile tinnitus change,through some nursing measures,giving timely guidance and assist the to develop good habits,to disease prevention and treatment of tinnitus,improve the quality of life of patients.
