Experience of DVD Video for Standardized Training of CPR in Nursing Staff

目的分析和评价DVD视频录像运用于护理人员规范化培训CPR的成效。方法采用自编自拍的DVD视频录像对护理人员进行规范化CPR培训,对反馈问卷表进行分析。结果通过DVD视频教学培训后,护理人员在反应时间、判断标准、操作流程、操作要点和操作的正确率等方面得到改善,达到规范化培训要求。结论 DVD视频教学用于护理人员规范化培训CPR取得良好效果。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of DVD video for standardized training of CPR in nursing staff.Methods We used DVD video self for standardized training of CPR in nursing staff,analyed the feedback questionnaire.Results Through the training of DVD video teaching,the nursing staff had been significantly improved in the aspects of reaction time,the judgment standard,operation process, operation points and the correct rate,to achieve the requirements of standardization training.Conclusion DVD video for standardized training of CPR in nursing staff achieved good results,it can be extended to other nursing skill training.
