糖尿病足发生的高危因素与护理措施分析

Analysis of High Risk Factors and Nursing Measures of Diabetic Foot

目的分析糖尿病足发生的高危因素及护理措施。方法对比分析42例糖尿病足患者与无糖尿病足的56例糖尿病患者临床资料。结果血糖控制、合并下肢血管病变及神经病变是糖尿病足高危因素。结论糖尿病足的发生与患者血糖控制、合并下肢血管及神经病变有关,应有效控制患者血糖水平并加强足部正确护理。

Objective To analysis the risk factors of diabetic foot and nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of patients with diabetes compared with 42 cases of diabetic foot patients with and without diabetic foot. ResultsThe blood glucose control,with lower extremity vascular disease and neuropathy was a high risk of diabetic foot. Conclusion The occurrence of diabetic foot control,and blood glucose of the patients with lower extremity vascular and nerve lesions,should effectively control blood glucose level and to strengthen the correct nursing of diabetic foot.
