脑梗塞患者优质护理的临床体会

High Quality Nursing Clinical Experience of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的：探讨对脑梗塞患者进行优质护理的临床效果。方法我院选取了2013年1月～2015年3月期间来治疗的195例脑梗塞患者作为研究对象，给予脑梗塞患者进行全程优质护理，观察195例患者经护理后的生活质量和护理效果。结果195例脑梗塞患者在接受护理前的评分为（50.32±6.24）分，护理后的评分为（82.30±10.24）分，经优质护理后临床治愈患者有28例，好转患者有158例，放弃治疗9例，护理有效率为95.3%。结论对脑梗塞患者进行优质护理干预可促进患者及时康复，将患者生活质量提高并减少不良反应的出现。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in patients with cerebral infarction.MethodsOur hospital from January 2013 to March 2015,195 cases of cerebral infarction patients as the research object,the cerebral infarction patients＆#39; whole quality of nursing and observation after nursing 195 patients quality of life and nursing effect.ResultsA total of 195 patients with cerebral infarction in a score of（50.32±6.24）before treatment,after nursing grading was（82.30±10.24）points,after high quality nursing clinical cure patients with 28 cases,158 cases of patients with significant improvement,to give up treatment of 9 cases,nursing effective rate was 95.3%.ConclusionHigh quality nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can promote patients recover in time,significantly improve the patients life quality and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,clinical popularization.
