摘要
目的：研究糖尿病护理中实施风险管理的应用分析。方法我院选择2012年9月～2014年9月间诊治的256例糖尿病患者，对其实施护理的过程中实施风险管理，尽量避免护理风险出现。结果通过实施护理风险管理，出现差错从过去的11例下降到3例，患者投诉的次数由原来的9次下降到1次，患者满意度从原来的92.46%上升到97.85%。表明实施护理风险管理，护理质量得到了提升。结论糖尿病患者在护理过程中实施风险管理，能够有效预防风险出现，最大限度的满足患者的需求，提升患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application of risk management of diabetes care.Methods A total of 256 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from 2012 September to September 2014,on the implementation of the risk management process in the implementation of nursing,to avoid the risk of nursing. ResultsThrough the implementation of nursing risk management,the errors from the last 11 cases dropped to 3 cases,the number of patients with complaints from 9 down to 1,the patient satisfaction was increased from 92.46% to 97.85%,showed that the nursing risk management of the fire,the nursing quality has been significantly improved.Conclusion Patients with diabetes risk management in the nursing process,can effectively prevent the risk,the maximum to meet the needs of patients,improve patient satisfaction.
