分娩致会阴裂伤患者的优质护理探析

Study on High-quality Care of Patients With Perineal Laceration Caused by Delivery

目的：深入研究优质护理在分娩致会阴裂伤患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取于2013年～2015年1月期间在我院自然分娩导致会阴裂伤的54例患者，根据不同的护理方式将患者随机分为两组对常规护理和优质护理的效果进行对照研究。结果观察组患者护理效率、护理规范、医风医德、人文关怀四个方面的护理质量评分高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对分娩致会阴裂伤患者给予优质护理能够取得效果，能够提高护理质量，对促进患者早日恢复以及降低并发症发生情况具有十分重要的作用。

Objective Clinical application effect of high-quality care on patients with perineal laceration caused by delivery is to be investigated. MethodsChose 54 patients with perineal laceration caused by delivery who were treated in hospital from 2013 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment methods,then compared patients’ treatment effects that were given conventional care and high-quality care between two groups.Results Patients’ care quality assessment scores with regarding to four aspects,they were： care efficacy,care criterion,treatment ethics and humane care in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group; besides,patients’ hospitalization days was much shorter and complication incidence was much less in study group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion High-quality care is of efficacy for patients with perineal laceration caused by delivery,it is conducive to increasing care quality which is significant for patients’ recovery and reduce complication incidence.
