PBL教学结合英语查房在心血管内科中的应用效果探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学结合英语查房在心血管内科中应用效果。方法将2013年9月~2015年4月心内科轮转的122名医学生纳入研究,抓阄随机分为观察组(62人)和对照组(60人)。观察组轮转期间给予PBL教学结合英语查房的教学法,对照组给予常规教学法。轮转1个月后进行考核并调查满意度。结果出科时,两组考核成绩均有提高,与本组入科时成绩比较具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),且观察组出科成绩提高更明显,与对照组出科成绩比较具有显著性差异(P〈0.05);观察组满意率87.10%,对照组满意率31.67%,两组满意率比较存在显著性差异,(χ^2=38.983 0,P〈0.05)。结论 PBL教学结合英语查房可提高心血管内科实习教学质量,更能满足医学生的需求。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching combined with English rounds in cardiovascular department of internal medicine.Methods 122 cases of medical students in September 2013 to April 2015 in the department of cardiology rotation were selected,which were randomly divided into observation group(62 people) and control group(60 people).The observation group treated with combination of PBL teaching and English rounds during the rotation,the control group was given conventional teaching method.After 1 month,to assess satisfaction survey.Results Two group scores were increased at out of the department,with significant difference(P〈0.05) when compared the group into the department,and the grades of the observation group improved more significantly,there was significant difference(P〈0.05) when compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 87.10%,the control group was 31.67%,the satisfaction rate of the two groups had significant difference(χ^2=38.983 0,P〈0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with English rounds can improve the cardiovascular department of internal medicine practice teaching quality and can meet the needs of medical students.
