摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学方法在口腔修复实习中的应用效果。方法 36名实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。分别统计出科考试成绩及进行问卷调查。结果实验组对教学方法满意,学习主动性提高、临床思维能力等方面高于对照组。实验组问诊、体格检查、病例书写、病例分析考试成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学法有助于提高学生的学习能力、思维能力及沟通能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning applied in teaching of prosthodontics.Methods Thirty six students were randomly divided into PBL group and traditional group.Exam scores were assessed and opinion survey was summarized.Results PBL group was superior to traditional group in satisfication of teaching,motivation to learn,the comprehension of analysis capabilities between the two groups.PBL group had higher scores than traditional group in history taking,oral examation,clinical recording and case analysis.Conlusion The teaching model of PBL is helpful to develop students' ability of learning,comprehension and communication.
