肝硬化患者凝血酶原时间及血小板的检验分析

Analysis of Prothrombin Time and Platelet in Patients With Cirrhosis

目的分析肝硬化患者凝血酶原时间及血小板的检验价值。方法选择2012年5月～2014年12月我院收治的80例肝硬化患者作为研究对象,根据患者出血情况把80例患者分为两组,一组为出血组,一组为无出血组,每组各40例。另选择40例健康人设定为对照组,比较三组血小板参数与凝血酶原时间。结果出血组与无出血组血小板参数、凝血酶原时间和对照组进行对比差异显著（P〈0.05）;出血组与无出血组对比,血小板参数、凝血酶原时间差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论肝硬化患者出血和肝功能受损均可以由血液中血小板参数、凝血酶原时间产生的变化检测出来,对患者肝硬化的治疗与预后具有重要的作用,而凝血酶原时间及血小板相关指标也可以作为肝硬化评估的指标。

Objective To analyze the value of prothrombin time and platelet in patients with cirrhosis.Methods 80 cases of liver cirrhosis patients as the object of study from May 2012 to 2014 December in our hospital,patients with hemorrhage of the 80 patients were divided into two groups according to,a group of bleeding group,a group for non bleeding group,with 40 cases in each group.The other 40 healthy persons were set to the control group,and the platelet parameters and prothrombin time of the three groups were compared.Results Bleeding group and non bleeding group,platelet parameters,prothrombin time（PT） and the control group were difference significantly（P〈0.05）,hemorrhage group and non bleeding group comparison,the parameters of platelet and prothrombin time difference significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis and liver function damage can detected by blood platelet parameters and prothrombin time of change detection,is an important role in the treatment and prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis,and prothrombin time and platelet related indicators can also be as cirrhosis evaluation evaluation index.
