骨梗死的X线、CT和MRI对比研究

摘要 目的评价骨梗死的X线、CT和MRI对比情况。方法选择2012年4月~2015年4月期间在福建省南平市建阳市立医院CT室接受诊断的31例骨梗死病患,以X线、CT和MRI为主要手段予以诊断,并将诊断结果和手术病理结果进行对比。结果较之MRI,X线、CT在准确性、特异性以及敏感性方面相对偏低(P〈0.05)。结论给予骨梗死病患诊断时,应当结合X线、CT和MRI。 Objective To evaluate the X-ray,CT and MRI of bone infarction.Methods 31 cases in Fujian Province Nanping City,Jianyang City Hospital CT room accept patients diagnosis of bone infarction disease were selected in April 2012 to April 2015,by X-ray,CT and MRI for primary diagnosis,and the diagnosis results and surgical pathology results were compared.Results Compared with MRI,X-ray and CT were relatively low in accuracy,specificity and sensitivity(P〈0.05).Conclusion X-ray,CT and MRI should be combined in the diagnosis of bone infarction
