摘要
目的探讨经皮复位外固定术和双钢板内固定术治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析在我院治疗的28例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者的临床病例资料。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,术后并发症包括1例切口感染、1例局部皮瓣坏死、2例创伤性关节炎,术后随访10～20个月,愈合良好。结论复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者合理选择手术方法和手术术式可有效降低软组织并发症的发生率,同时促进骨折愈合以及关节功能恢复。
Objective Percutaneous reduction and external fixation and fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures of the clinical effect of double plate.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital treatment in 28 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures in patients with clinical data.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery,postoperative complications included 1 case of wound infection,1 case of partial flap necrosis,2 cases of traumatic arthritis,postoperative followup of 10 to 20 months to heal well.Conclusion Tibial plateau fractures were reasonable choice of surgical complexity and surgical procedures can effectively reduce the incidence of soft tissue complications,while promoting fracture healing and joint function recovery.
