子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜病变研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症又称内异症,是育龄女性较为常见的疾病。发病率可达10%~15%,是一种严重威胁女性健康的疾病。研究指出,在位内膜病变在子宫内膜异位症的发生与发展中起着重要的作用,子宫内膜异位症与在位内膜病变有着密切的关系,关注在位内膜异变,通过改变在位内膜生物学、组织学特征,从而达到有效预防及治疗内异症也将是未来临床研究的重点。针对细胞因子、基因等多种水平给予治疗,即在"在位内膜源头论"的基础上治疗作用进行研究与探索,将为治疗内异症提供新的策略与方法。 Endometriosis is a common disease among women of reproductive age.The incidence rate of 10%~15%,which is a serious threat to women's health.The research points out,endometrial lesions play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis,endometriosis has a close relationship with endometrial lesions,eutopic endometrium of attention changes,through the characteristics of biology,change the eutopic endometrial tissue,so as to achieve effective prevention and treatment of endometriosis will also be the focus of clinicalstudy on the future.According to the cytokine genes,level of treatment,the therapeutic effect on the basis of "the source of the eutopic endometrium theory" on the research and exploration,will provide new strategies and methods for the treatment of endometriosis.
