出生1周内新生儿惊厥50例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Neonatal Convulsion in A Week

目的探讨出生1周内新生儿惊厥临床特征。方法本次选取50例出生1周内新生儿惊厥病例,均为我院2010年5月～2015年5月收治,回顾临床资料。结果惊厥在24 h内被控制27例,24～48 h内13例,48～72 h内2例,未达控制效果2例,转院3例,放弃2例,死亡1例。结论出生一周内新生儿惊厥病因多样,诊治时存在一定难度,需行病因分析,针对病因和临床表现个体化治疗,对保障预后,提高患儿生存质量意义重大。

Objective Born investigate the clinical features of neonatal seizures week.Methods 50 cases of neonatal convulsions within one week of birth cases in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2015 were treated,review of clinical data.Results Controlled seizures in 27 cases within 24 h,within 24～48 h 13 cases,2 cases within 48～72 h,less than the control effect 2 cases,transferred 3 cases,giving up 2 cases,1 case of death.Conclusion Within a week of birth diverse causes of neonatal seizures,there is a certain degree of difficulty when diagnosis and treatment,the need cause analysis,performance individualized treatment for the cause and clinical prognosis for security,improve the quality of life of children is significant.
