摘要
目的对产褥感染的临床诊断与治疗方法进行分析。方法选取2011年我院收治的36例产褥感染患者的临床资料,对其进行回顾与分析。结果产褥感染主要是由于产妇本身存在原发病或妊娠合并症及并发症和分娩损伤等,致使机体的免疫及防御功能下降而致病。36例患者经治疗后均痊愈康复。结论产褥感染的治疗必须结合考虑患者病情的轻重,采取相应的治疗方法。
Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment of puerperal infection were analyzed.Methods 36 cases of puerperal infection were chosen in 2011 in our hospital,its review and analysis.Results Puerperal infection is mainly due to the primary disease itself or maternal complications of pregnancy and childbirth injury,resulting in the body＇s immune and defense function decline and disease.36 patients were cured after treatment rehabilitation.Conclusion Puerperal infection treatment must be combined with the severity of the patient＇s condition to consider and take appropriate treatment.
