锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Comminuted Fractures of the Distal Tibia

目的探讨应用锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月～2014年8月来内蒙古赤峰学院附属医院接受治疗的30例胫骨下段粉碎性骨折患者进行锁定加压钢板治疗。结果术后愈合优良22例,一般8例。结论锁定加压钢板是一种治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折的有效方法,骨折愈合快。

Objective To investigate the application of locking compression plate in the treatment of clinical curative effect of tibial comminuted fractures.Methods 30 cases of tibia from 2013 March～2014 August to Inner Mongolia Hospital Affiliated to Chifeng College for treatment of comminuted fractures were treated with locking compression plate in the treatment of.Results Postoperative healing in 22 cases,8 cases in general.Conclusion Locking compression plate is an effective method for the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fracture,fracture healing,suitable for the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fracture extension.
