宫腔镜电切术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的效果研究

Effect of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Uterine Scar Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

目的探究宫腔镜电切术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取我院接受剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗的患者30例,通过随机的方式分成观察组和对照组,各15例,对照组采用清宫术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜术治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效和治疗中手术时间、术中出血量,术后住院时间、术后月经来潮时间及β-HCG恢复正常时间等6项观察指标。结果观察组各项观察指标优于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组为53.33%,观察组高于对照组,且P<0.05。结论应用宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕临床效果显著。

Objective To explore hysteroscopic resection of cesarean scar clinical efficacy.Methods 30 cases underwent a cesarean section postoperative uterine scar pregnancy patients were selected in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,15 cases in each group,the control group treated with curettage treatment,the observation group with hysteroscopy treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and treatment in operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization time,postoperative menses time and β-HCG restored to normal time and six outcome measures.Results Observation group were better than the control group displayed a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）,observation group total effective rate 86.67%,the control group was 53.33%,higher than the observation group,the difference was shown to have statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for cesarean scar significant clinical effect.
