RGP配戴综合疗法治疗大龄儿童及青少年屈光参差性弱视的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of RGP With Comprehensive Therapy in the Amblyopia

目的探讨RGP佩戴综合疗法应用于大龄儿童及青少年屈光参差性弱视的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2013年6月～2014年8月间收录的患有屈光参差性弱视的大龄儿童及青少年80例,分为观察组及对照组各40例。对照组配戴框架眼镜,观察组配戴高透氧硬性角膜接触镜,对两组均进行常规治疗,对比治疗效果。结果 20 d后,观察组临床有效率82.54%;对照组治疗有效率为71.43%,观察组优于对照组。结论 RGP佩戴综合疗法在大龄儿童及青少年屈光参差性弱视的临床治疗中具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the application of RGP with older children and adolescents with anisometropic amblyopia.Methods Older children and adolescents in 80 patients with anisometropic amblyopia were selected in 2013 June to 2014 August in our hospital,divided into observation group and control group 40 cases.The control group observation group to wear glasses,wearing RGP,of the two groups were given routine treatment,the treatment effect comparison.Results After 20 d,to observe the clinical efficiency of 82.54%,the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy has clinical value of RGP with widely used in clinical treatment of older children and adolescents with anisometropic amblyopia.
