分析急性牙髓炎一次性根充治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Acute Pulpitis of One-Time Root Canal Treatment

目的分析一次性根充治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取我院收治的220例急性牙髓炎患者,采取不同治疗的方法,分为治疗组和对比组,就急性牙髓炎一次性根充的治疗效果展开探讨。结果两组患者远期疗效相同,近期效果一次性根充远胜于多次根充法。结论治疗急性牙髓炎时采取一次性根充治疗法,安全简捷,疗效确切,患者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods This study selected in our hospital of 220 cases of acute pulpitis patients and take different treatment methods,divided into treatment group and contrast group,acute pulpitis one-time root canal treatment are discussed in this paper.Results The efficacy of the two groups of the same term,the recent effect of one-time root canal than multiple root canal filling.Conclusion In the treatment of acute pulpitis take one time root canal treatment method,safe and simple and exact curative effect,high patient satisfaction.
