摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足的综合治疗效果,为防治和临床治疗提供依据。方法对59例不同诱因引起的糖尿病足患者给予积极控制血糖、抗感染、改善循环、外科治疗、心理治疗等综合治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果 59例糖尿病足患者中,52例创面愈合(88.1%),6例行截肢术(10.2%),1例死亡(1.7%)。结论对糖尿病足患者采取积极综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低致残率。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot,to provide a basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods 59 cases of patients with diabetic foot caused by different incentives accepted comprehensive treatment,including active control of blood glucose,anti infection,improving circulation,surgical treatment,psychotherapy,analysis of therapeutic effect.Results In 59 patients with diabetic foot,52 cases of burn wound healing（88.1%）,6 patients underwent amputation（10.2%）,1 cases of death（1.7%）.Conclusion To take comprehensive treatment on patients with diabetic foot can improve the cure rate,reduce the rate of disability.
