消结安胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤可行性的研究

Study of Xiaojiean Capsules Combined With Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids Feasibility

目的探讨消结安胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤可行性的研究。方法将诊断为子宫肌瘤的80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组采用消结安胶囊联合米非司酮配伍治疗,并比较两组治疗后瘤体大小及临床效果。结果观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,观察组患者最大肌瘤体积小于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消结安胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效确切。

Objective To study the effects of Xiaojiean capsules combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids feasibility.Methods The diagnosis of uterine myoma in 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The control group was given mifepristone treatment,the observation group with Xiaojiean capsules combined with mifepristone treatment,tumor size and clinical effect were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group than the control group,the observation group of patients with the maximum fibroid volume was significantly less than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Xiaojiean capsules combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids is effective.
