中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of TCM Rehabilitation Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

目的评价中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年9月～2014年8月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者128例,随机分为中医组和对照组,每组64例,对照组采用西医治疗方法,中医组在对照组的基础上联合应用中医康复治疗方法,比较两组临床效果以及治疗前后临床症状改善情况。结果中医组有效率为95.31%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后中医组眩晕、颈项不适、视觉障碍以及上肢麻木疼痛等临床症状优于对照组治疗,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病患者可以改善临床症状,取得显著的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation for treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods 128 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were selected in our hospital in September 2012～August 2014,randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,64 cases in each group,patients in control group were treated with western medicine treatment,TCM group in the control group based on combined application of TCM rehabilitation treatment method,were compared between the two groups clinical effect and before and after the treatment,the clinical symptoms improvement.Results The effective rate of TCM group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,after treatment with Chinese medicine group vertigo,neck discomfort,visual disturbance and upper limb pain,numbness and other clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,achieved remarkable clinical results.
