中药熏眼辅助治疗流行性角膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Epidemic Keratitis Herbal Eye Auxiliary

目的对中药熏眼辅助治疗流行性角膜炎的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法选取我院住院部2013年7月～2014年7月收治的68例流行性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机的方法将所有患者均分成两组,每组34例患者,分别为对照组和观察组,对于对照组的患者采用常规的抗炎治疗方法进行治疗,对于观察组的患者在常规治疗的基础上,采用中药熏眼辅助治疗方法进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和分析。结果观察组患者的总体治疗有效率为85.29%,高于对照组患者的总体治疗有效率61.77%,两组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于流行性角膜炎患者在采用常规抗炎治疗方法进行治疗基础上,采用中药熏眼辅助治疗,能够显著的提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of epidemic keratitis herbal eye auxiliary.Methods 68 cases of epidemic keratitis patients as the research object in July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital,using random methods all patients were divided into two groups,each group consisted of 34 patients,respectively,for the observation group and the control group,for patients in the control group using conventional anti-inflammatory treatment method for treatment,for patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment,the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating eyes auxiliary treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for observation and analysis.Results Observation group,the overall effective rate of treatment was 85.29%,significantly higher than the control group,the total effective rate of treatment 61.77%,the difference between the two groups of patients has significant statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For epidemic keratitis patients in the conventional anti-inflammatory treatment for foundation treatment,the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating eyes adjuvant therapy,can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect.
