摘要
目的研究配合护理对ICU紧急气管插管治疗患者的临床效果,总结护理经验。方法选择我院重症医学科紧急气管插管治疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规气管插管护理;观察组实施气管插管配合护理。结果观察组插管完成时间和一次性插管成功率优于对照组,患者对气管插管护理的满意度高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义。结论配合护理对ICU紧急气管插管的护理效果显著。
Objective Analysis on the nursing cooperation of ICU emergency tracheal intubation treatment of patients with clinical effect.Methods 80 cases of patients with severe medical emergency treatment were selected in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 40 cases.The control group received the routine nursing of trachea cannula nursing.The observation group nursing cooperation of intubation.Results The observation group intubation time and the one-time success rate of intubation tincture was significantly better than the control group,patients satisfaction of nursing of trachea cannula was significantly higher than that of the control group; the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion ICU emergency tracheal intubation nursing cooperation effect is good.
