妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Intrahepatic Cholestasis

目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汗淤积症的临床护理措施。方法对2013年6月～2015年2月收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者30例的临床观察及护理措施进行分析。结果入院治疗时间2～32 d,治疗有效29例,无效1例,30例患者均为剖宫产手术,其中早产16例,足月产14例。结论经临床积极治疗及护理,使胎儿宫内安全,平安出生。患者瘙痒症状得到缓解或改善。患者情绪稳定,能积极配合治疗和护理。

Objective To investigate the clinical care measures during pregnancy cholestasis of intrahepatic bile Khan.Methods Patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy in June 2013～ February 2015 admitted to clinical observation and nursing of 30 cases were analyzed.Results The hospitalization time 2 ～ 32 d,a therapeutically effective 29 cases,1 patient,30 patients were cesarean section,in which 16 cases of premature birth,pre-term labor in 14 cases.Conclusion The clinical active treatment and care,so that fetal safety,safe birth.Itching symptoms have been alleviated or improved.Patients with emotional stability,to actively cooperate with treatment and care.
