预防接种中系统护理干预的临床价值探讨

The Clinical Value of Prevention and Nursing Intervention for Nursing Intervention

目的探讨预防接种中系统护理干预的临床价值。方法把预防接种的儿童随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组进行系统护理干预,比较两组儿童的不良反应发生及家长对预防接种的知晓性和对护理工作的满意度。结果对照组中有3例儿童出现发热不良反应,观察组中无不良反应发生,且在接种后,观察组家长对预防接种知识的知晓率和对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预在小儿预防接种中能减少不良反应,提高家长及儿童满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of nursing intervention in the prevention and vaccination system.Methods The children who were vaccinated were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group using conventional nursing,the observation group for systematic nursing intervention,The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of children and the awareness of the parents of the prevention and the satisfaction of nursing work were compared.Results There are 3 cases of fever adverse reactions in the control group,no adverse reactions occurred in the observation group,after inoculation,the awareness rate of the parents of the observation group and the degree of satisfaction for nursing work were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reactions in the vaccination of children,improve the satisfaction of parents and children.
