摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预对小儿腹泻疗效的临床应用价值。方法随机将我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的80例腹泻患儿分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施整体护理干预,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组总有效率70.0%,观察组为92.5%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用整体护理干预可改善腹泻患儿临床症状。
Objective To study the whole nursing intervention on infantile diarrhea curative effect of clinical application value.Methods 80 cases of infantile diarrhea from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group.Control group using conventional care,observation group to implement the overall nursing intervention,compared two groups of clinical effect.Results The control group total effective rate 70.0%,the observation group was 92.5%,two groups total effective rate difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using overall nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms in Infantile diarrhea obviously.
