超声乳化治疗白内障的舒适护理与常规护理的疗效比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect Between Comfort Nursing and Routine Nursing for Cataract Treated by Phacoemulsification

目的探讨超声乳化治疗白内障的舒适护理与常规护理的疗效比较。方法选取我院收治的白内障患者中60例作为此次研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组30例患者采用常规护理模式,观察组30例患者在常规护理模式下实施舒适护理干预。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为83.3%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为46.7%,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在白内障患者使用超声乳化治疗的过程中,给予患者舒适护理干预,也有利于提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the comparison between the comfort care of the ultrasonic emulsification and the comfort nursing for cataract and the routine nursing.Methods 60 cases of cataract patients in our hospital were selected as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group of 30 patients with conventional nursing mode,observation group of 30 patients in the routine nursing mode to implement comfort nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate in treatment in the observation group were 83.3% and control group of patients treated with total efficiency was 46.7%,observed the patients in the treatment group the total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion In the course of the treatment of cataract patients with phacoemulsification,comfort nursing intervention,but also conducive to improve the treatment of patients.
