多形式健康教育在脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果

Effect of Various Forms of Health Education for Stroke

目的探讨脑卒中患者护理中实施多形式健康教育的效果。方法2013年1月～2014年12月间在我院接受治疗的脑卒中患者80例,按护理方案分为对照组（40例,行常规护理）和观察组（40例,行多形式健康教育）,比较两组健康知识掌握率及护理满意度。结果观察组健康知识掌握率85.0%（34/40）高于对照组60.0%（24/40）,患者护理满意度95.0%（38/40）高于对照组72.5%（29/40）。结论脑卒中患者护理中实施多形式健康教育可有效提高患者健康知识掌握率及患者满意度,有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the implementation of various forms of health education and nursing of patients with stroke in effect.Methods 80 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in 2013 January to 2014 December in our hospital,according to the nursing program is divided into the control group（40 cases,routine nursing） and the observation group（40 cases,routine nursing care on the basis of the various forms of health education）,compared two groups of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The observation group health knowledge rate was 85%（34/40） was significantly higher than that in control group 60%（24/40）,95%（38/40） patients nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group 72.5%（29/40）.Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the rate of health knowledge and patient satisfaction with nursing care of stroke patients,significant clinical application value.
