滤光片表面激光损伤阈值测试的样本量分析

摘要 利用CO2激光对BP550型滤光片开展大样本量的表面损伤实验研究,通过抽样统计的方法 分析不同实验样本量对应的几种定义的滤光片激光损伤阈值。结果 表明:BP550型滤光片在0~100%的损伤概率与功率密度满足线性关系;在准确性及置信度相同时,与通过线性拟合法得到50%概率损伤阈值所需的样本量相比,通过线性拟合法得到0概率和100%概率损伤阈值所需的样本量更大,而通过最大不损伤功率密度与最小损伤功率密度平均值的方法 获得50%概率损伤阈值所需的样本量更小。 The CO2 laser damage threshold on BP550 filters was investigated experimentally with a large sample size. The effects of sample size on the measurement of laser induced damage threshold was analysed statistically. The results show that the damage probability of BP550 filters between 0 and 100% is proportional to laser power density. At the same accuracy and confidence level, for the damage probability of 0, 50%, and 100%, the sample size needed for obtaining the damage threshold with 0 or 100% probability by linear fitting method is the larger, and the sample size for 50% probability is the smallest by averaging the highest power density, which will not cause damage, and the lowest power density which will cause damage.
