分枝杆菌L型血流感染与肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between blood infections caused by L-forms of mycobacteria and red-cell immune function in patients with lung cancer

摘要 目的分析分枝杆菌L型(TBL)血流感染和肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能的相关性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2013年1-12月肺结核患者19例、肺癌患者30例及健康体检人员25名为受试者,将其分为肺结核组、肺癌组及健康对照组,采用涂片法和溶血离心培养法检测血液中的分枝杆菌L型,采用常规方法测定血清红细胞和红细胞C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)。结果 3组之间血清红细胞C3b受体花环促进率(RFER)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑制率(RFIR)比较差异无统计学意义;TBL阳性组的红细胞沉降率(ESR)升高与TBL阴性组更显著(85.07%与40.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TBL阳性组的免疫复合物花环率(ICRR)和C3bRR较TBL阴性组偏低(7.72%与13.62%和16.26%与19.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而TBL阳性组与TBL阴性组的RFER有明显降低,88.97%与60.26%,RFIR有一定升高60.07%与59.87%,但两组之间差异均无统计学意义。结论结核分枝杆菌L型血流感染与肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能存在关联。 OBJECTIVE To study correlation between blood infections caused by L‐forms of mycobacteria and red‐cell immune function reduction in patients with lung cancer ,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment .METH‐ODS Totally 74 cases were selected as study objects from Jan .2013 to Dec .2013 ,including 19 patients with TB (TB group) ,30 cases with lung cancer (lung cancer group) and 25 healthy people (healthy control group) .L‐forms of hematogenous mycobacteria were detected by smear method or hemolyzed and centrifugated blood meth‐od .C3b receptor rosette rate (C3bRR) serum red cell were measured by routine method .METHODS Differences between RFERs of C3bRR in the three groups were significant(P〈0 .05) ,while the comparison between RFIR were without significance .The increasing of ESR in TBL positive group was more obvious than the TBL negative group and the difference was significant .ICRR and C3bRR in TBL positive group was lower than that of the TBL negative group (7 .72% vs .13 .62% and 16 .26% vs .19 .98% ) and the difference was significant (P〈0 .05) . RESULTS Decreased obviously in both TBL positive and negative group with the rate of 88 .97% and 60 .26% , while RFIR increased (60 .07% and 59 .87% ) and the differences were without significance .CONCLUSION There is an association between blood infection caused by L‐forms of mycobacteria and red‐cell immune function .
