摘要
目的研究扶舒清氧气湿化液与蒸馏水带菌率及其对下呼吸道感染的影响,用以规范临床氧气湿化液的应用,减少医院感染的发生率。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月入院救治并需吸氧的160例患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各80例,其中试验组应用扶舒清作为吸氧湿化液,湿化器材6d更换1次,对照组应用蒸馏水作为吸氧湿化液,每天更换湿化器材1次,连续监测5d;两组患者均每天收集痰液做细菌培养,比较扶舒清与蒸馏水的带菌率及两组患者下呼吸道感染发生率。结果 5d检测湿化液带菌率试验组分别为0、0、0、0、3.75%,对照组分别为55.00%、51.25%、53.75%、53.75%、48.75%,两组湿化液带菌率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组湿化液共检出623株病原菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌居多152株占24.40%;试验组患者无下呼吸道感染病例,对照组患者发生下呼吸道感染9例,感染率11.25%。结论扶舒清氧气湿化液的带菌率相对较低,引起的下呼吸道感染发生率低,建议临床选择扶舒清作为氧气湿化液。
OBJECTIVE To study the bacteria‐carrying rate of Fu Shu Qing oxygen humidifier and distilled water and their influence on the lower respiratory tract infections so as to regulate the clinical application of liquid oxygen humidifier and to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections .METHODS From Oct .2012 to Oct .2013 ,a total of 160 cases of patients who were admitted in the hospital and needed to inhale oxygen were selected and divided into experiment group and control group with 80 cases each according to random number table .The experiment group adopted Fu Shu Qing as oxygen uptake humidifier and changed the equipment once in 6 days .The control group received distilled water as oxygen uptake humidifier and changed the equipment every day .Their condition had been monitored for 5 days and their sputum was collected to conduct bacteria culture .The infection rates were compared in the two groups .RESULTS In the experiment group ,the bacteria‐carrying rates of humidifier in the 5 days were 0 ,0 ,0 ,0 ,and 3 .75% .In the control group ,the rates were 55 .00% ,51 .25% ,53 .75% ,53 .75% ,and 48 .75% .The difference was significant (P〈0 .05) .Totally 623 strains of pathogens were detected in the humidi‐fiers ,including 152 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,accounting the most for 24 .40% .No cases suffered from low respiratory infection in the experiment group while 9 cases got infected in the control group with the infection rate of 11 .25% .CONCLUSION Fu Shu Qing oxygen humidifier carries relatively less bacteria and has a low possi‐bility for causing low respiratory tract infections ,hence can be applied in clinical treatments .
