多功能空气消毒机与紫外线灯消毒对急诊病房感染控制的效果研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究多功能空气消毒机与紫外线灯消毒控制急诊病房医院感染的效果,为降低急诊病房的医院感染率提供参考依据。方法选择2011年6月-2013年6月10间急诊病房461例入住患者作为对照组,再选择同期环境结构相同的10间病房536例入住患者作为观察组,比较两组病房空气细菌总数、住院患者发生医院感染率。结果消毒前两组病房内空气细菌总数差异无统计学意义,消毒1、2、3h观察组病房空气细菌总数均显著低于对照组病房空气细菌总数(P<0.05);观察组患者感染31例,感染率为5.78%,对照组患者感染58例,感染率为12.58%,两组感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感染患者送检标本分离出病原菌39株,其中革兰阴性菌26株占66.67%,革兰阳性菌11株占28.20%,真菌2株占5.13%;对照组感染患者送检标本分离出病原菌64株,其中革兰阴性菌41株占64.06%,革兰阳性菌22株占34.38%,真菌1株占1.56%。结论采用多功能空气消毒机在急诊病房中运用效果优于紫外线灯,并更加安全可靠,能够有效降低急诊病房医院感染的发生率。 OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effect of multifunction air disinfection machine with ultraviolet light disinfection machine in the control of nosocomial infections in emergency wards ,so as to provide references for re‐ducing hospital infection rates in emergency wards .METHODS Totally 461 cases were selected from Jun .2011 to Jun .2013 in the ten of our hospital emergency wards and they were chosen as a control group ,and another 536 ca‐ses from similar environment were chosen as observation group .The total number of air bacteria and rate of noso‐comial infections were compared in the two groups .RESULTS The differences of the total number of air bacteria in the two groups were not significant (P〉0 .05) .Observed at the 1h ,2h and 3h ,the total number of air bacteria in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0 .05) .A total of 31 cases were infected in the observation group with the infection rate of 5 .78% and 58 cases in the control group were infected with the rate of 12 .58% .The difference of infection rate was significant (P〈0 .05) .Of the 39 strains of patho‐gens isolated from observation group's samples ,26 strains were gram‐negative bacteria ,accounting for 66 .67%and 11 strains were gram‐positive bacteria ,holding 28 .20% and 2 strains of fungi ,taking up 5 .13% .A total of 64 strains of pathogens were isolated from the control group .Of them ,41 strains were gram‐negative bacteria ,ac‐counting for 64 .06% and 22 strains were gram‐positive bacteria ,holding 34 .38% and 1 strain of fungi ,taking up 1 .56% .CONCLUSION The disinfection effect of multifunction air disinfection machine is better than the ultraviolet radiator and can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections ,and hence is safer and more reliable .
