穴位埋线治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of children with cough variant asthma

目的观察穴位埋线治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法选择69例CVA患儿随机分为两组,对照组孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服;治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗,分析治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率91.67%,对照组有效率84.85%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患儿咳嗽症状积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗小儿CVA疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods：Sixty-nine children with CVA were randomly divided into two groups; the children in control group were treated with oral administration of montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the children in treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy; the therapeutic effects in the two groups were analyzed.Results：The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 91.67% and 84.85%,respectively,the total effective rate in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）; after treatment,cough symptom score in treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of children with CVA is accurate,and the method is worthy of promotion.
