卵巢癌的表观遗传学进展 被引量:2

摘要 卵巢上皮性肿瘤是最常见的卵巢肿瘤,占卵巢恶性肿瘤的85%-90%。近20年来,虽然手术治疗及以铂类为主的联合化疗可改善患者的预后,但卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤的治疗效果却一直未能得到改善,晚期患者复发率高,5年生存率徘徊在30%-40%,致使卵巢癌的死亡率一直位居妇科恶性肿瘤之首〔1〕。目前我们面临的主要问题是缺乏早期的诊断手段以及晚期的远处转移并伴有化疗耐药。
