The Influence of Effective Human Capital Structure of Labor Force on Economic Growth: Based on the Analysis of Time Series Data of Hu Bei

本文从有效人力资本的视角出发，利用湖北省1978～2010年经济与教育方面的时间序列数，分析了各级教育对经济发展实际影响的差异特征。在ADF检验的基础上，采用协整检验、VEC模型以方差分解技术对各级教育对经济增长的实际贡献和动态影响进行了描述与解读。研究发现：有效人资本对湖北省经济增长发挥了有限的促进作用，其具体影响在不同层级的有效人力资本之间存在明的差异。要更好地发挥有效人力资本对经济增长的促进作用，一是要促进有效人力资本的深度开发，

From the perspective of effective human capital, using time series data of economy and education of HuBei during 1978 to 2010, this paper makes an analysis on the actual effect of different levels of education on economic growth. Based on the ADF test, and using co-integration test, VEC model and variance decomposition, the study makes an interpretation on the actual contribution and dynamic influence of different levels of education on economic growth.The research result shows that effective human capital contributed to economic growth of HuBei, but its function is very limited, and the level of this contribution is obvious different between effective human capital at different levels. There are two ways to make effective human capital promote to economic growth more effectively, which are the deep development of effective human capital and the improvement of accumulation of high levels human capital.
