摘要 在广泛收集整理相关研究资料的基础上,分析了食用菌主要营养成分含量的范围,归纳了具有抗糖尿病活性的食用菌种类及其作用机理,以评价食用菌作为糖尿病患者的日常膳食营养补充的可行性。同时介绍了现阶段在糖尿病的预防和治疗中亟待解决的问题,并结合食用菌作为抗糖尿病药物在该领域的研究现状,最终论证了食用菌是一种具有研究价值和应用潜质的新型抗糖尿病药物,也为今后抗糖尿病药物的选择和研发提供参考。 In order to evaluate the feasibility of edible fungi as diabetic patient's daily dietary supplements, the scope of main nutrient content in edible fungus was analyzed. On the other hand, the existing problems on prevention and treatment of diabetes were introduced. Furthermore, the current relevant data of antidiabetic activity and it's mechanism of edible fungus was also provided. Based on the above, edible fungus had the potential to serve as a new antidiabetic agent.
