摘要
对大杯蕈（Clitocybe maxima）的形态特征及其菌丝体培养条件等进行了初步观察实验，结果表明，大杯蕈属高温型真菌；适合菌丝生长温度为25℃～30℃，培养基最适含水量为65％-70％，最适pH值为pH6-8；光线对菌丝生长无影响；较适合出菇的培养基为木屑培养基。
The experiment on morphological characteristics of Clitocybe maxima and the culture conditions of the mycelium were studied. The results showed that C. maxima was a kind of high temperature fungus, and the suitable growth temperature of mycelium is 25℃～30℃. The medium humidity is the best with 65%-70%. The optimum pH value is 6-8. The light had no ef- fect on the growth of mycelia. The suitable culture medium was sawdust medium.
