摘要
为了促进发酵床废弃垫料的循环利用,研究不同菌渣发酵床养猪后的菌渣垫料对玉米种子发芽及酶活的影响。分别设置添加金针菇菌渣和杏鲍菇菌渣发酵床各2种,金针菇菌渣在发酵床中的添加比例分别为15%、45%,以常规发酵床(60%木屑和40%稻壳)为对照。杏鲍菇菌渣的添加比例为15%和45%。在发酵床饲养生猪后测定其垫料零倍、50倍、100倍稀释液对玉米种子发芽率、主根长度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活的影响。结果为这5种发酵床垫料零倍稀释液在第2天、第3天及第4天玉米种子的发芽率皆极显著高于100倍的稀释液(P<0.01),相同时间5种垫料同一稀释倍数的种子发芽率之间无显著差异。发芽第3天零倍稀释液的主根长度、SOD、POD、CAT极显著高于100倍稀释液(P<0.01)。结果表明这5种发酵床垫料皆可用于玉米种子发芽,适当的稀释垫料有助于种子发芽。
In order to promote the recycling utilization of waste litters, the effect of pig litters with mushroom residues on corn seed germination and their enzyme activities were investigated. The proportion of Flammulina velitupe and the Pleurotus eryngii residue in litters was respectively 15% and 45%, the basal formal of litter was 60% sawdust and 40% rice husk. After pigs were raised on the five litters, the effects of zero times, 50 times, 100 times residue litter dilutions on corn seed germination rate, root length and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) were determined. The results showed that the seed germination of the zero times dilution for the five litters in the second, third, forth day were higher than that of 100 times dilution (P〈0.O1), and the germination between the five litters had no significant difference for the same times dilution at the same day. The main root length and the activities of SOD, POD, CAT in the zero times dilution were significantly higher than that in the lO0 times dilution in the third day (P〈O.O1) . The four residue litters can be used for the corn seed germination and the proper dilution of litters was beneficial for the germination.
