云南省新型农科教相结合食用菌企业的经营对策分析

摘要 归纳和分析了食用菌产业升级发展中龙头企业的现状及普遍存在的问题,以云南省农科教相结合战略思路为指导,探讨整体提升食用菌企业经营水平所关注的几方面问题,为食用菌产业化进程中新型食用菌企业的发展提出经营对策和建议,以期为新型食用菌企业提高市场竞争力和占有率提供帮助和参考。 The common problem of the developing edible fungi industry were summarized and analyzed. Guide by the strategic combination with agricultural technology and education in Yunnan province, several aspects of the problem of improving the management level of the edible mushroom enterprises are discussed. The development strategy of the new type of edible mushroom company in the process of the industrialization of edible fungus was proposed. The reference suggestion for new type of edible mushroom company to enhance the market competition ability was provided.
